How We Design Your Fluid Dispensing System
Step One – Contact
Contact our team through this website, email or by phone. We’ll discuss with you your fluid needs and conduct a pre-visit assessment. Our team can start to provide some indicative costs to give you a general idea before we visit.
Step Two – Onsite Assessment
The next stage may involve our team visiting your site to review your workshop area and operation, and talking to your team about your requirements. We’ll make some recommendations based on our experience in this industry and then take some dimensions and photos that help us in our design later. We’re also there to answer any questions you may have.
Step Three – Design A System
From our assessment, we design and plan a bespoke system using our range of equipment and expertise. We’ll then present the plan to your business to get signed off before getting started. At this stage you’re welcome to make any changes based on other requirements not previously discussed.
Step Four – Install
Our team comes on site and carries out the installation, which depending on the complexity and size of the project, may take up to several weeks to complete. We will brief your team before we start, especially those who are involved in the installation.
Step Five – Ongoing Support
Once your system is up and running, we’ll provide your team with training to get the most from it. That’s not the end though - our team will regularly check in to make sure the system is functioning as expected. We’re also your equipment provider, with access to some of the industry’s best workshop equipment.
